Seasoned performers that they are, THE BUSINESS possesses one of the top reputations within the wedding/corporate market. They frequently perform publicly throughout the Mid - Atlantic region appearing frequently as guest band of WOGL's Bob Pantano at the Adelphia nightclub in Deptford, NJ.
Guided by the polished leadership of Dan Vanore, the band specializes in all musical forms from Pop, R&B, and Oldies, to Standards, Rock, as well as most current hits, THE BUSINESS moves a dance floor unlike any other. Other notable accomplishments of THE BUSINESS include: appearance/musical contribution to ABC’s national TV special "Brides, A Tale Of Two Weddings" viewed by over10 million households as well as the internationally syndicated series "Ed McMahon’s, Star Search". In addition, THE BUSINESS wrote, recorded, and performed, the official fight song for both the 1993 National League Champions & 2008 World Series Champions Philadelphia Phillies. Consequently, in 1994 two originals, "Those Phillies Thrill Me," and "Hip Hop A Billy," were named by Out On The Town Magazine as two of the top five songs of 1993. They also perform annually for the GAMP (Girard Avenue Music Program) high school for the performing arts featuring students in their shows. With these as well as other accomplishments, it's no wonder THE BUSINESS finds itself consistently voted one of the TOP 5 BANDS in the Delaware Valley seven years running by the Philly Hot List Contest.
